How are the Wall Stickers made?

Our Wall Stickers are made from a matt self adhesive vinyl.

How long will my Wall Sticker last?

The vinyl manufacturer guarantees 3 – 5 years in an outdoor environment, obviously our stickers are normally produced for indoors, so they wont be exposed to the elements, and so will last at least this amount of time.

Can I remove the Wall Sticker without damaging my wall or paintwork?

Depending on how strong the paint underneath the sticker is. Usually there is no damage, but it really depends on how the paintwork has been originally prepared. Due to the nature of the product we do not take any responsibility for damage to paintwork or any other object that our wall stickers are applied to.

Can I clean the Wall Stickers when they are applied?

Yes, just wipe the wall and sticker with a damp cloth.

Are the Wall Stickers re-usable?

No, our stickers can be removed but they are not re-useable.

Where can the Wall Sticker be used?

They can be used on any smooth flat, non-porous surface.

Can I apply my Wall Sticker to a freshly painted surface?

We advise that you leave the walls a couple of weeks for the paint to harden before application to a newly painted surface. It is important that bare plaster walls have been prepared correctly with a mist coat prior to painting, this ensure that the paint adheres to the plaster.

How long will delivery of my Wall Sticker take?

You should receive your order within 7 working days of payment. All our products are despatched either by special delivery or courier service if previously arranged

Are the sizes listed on the website the only ones available?

No, you can request smaller or larger sizes. We also offer corporate and bespoke services. Please contact us via email for more information.

Can I return my stickers?

We’re happy to offer an exchange or a refund for any items that you are not 100% happy with.  Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the date of receipt. Packages must be returned in absolutely perfect, unopened condition, all stickers must also arrive without any creases or damage.

What if my Wall stickers are damaged in transit?

Your package must be returned in the original damaged container. Please ensure that the product is marked damaged when taking delivery, return it to us and we will replace the product.
